Free Email Spam Checker: Test Your SPF, DKIM and DMARC

Emails going to spam, or customers saying they never got your message? The most common cause is a missing or broken email authentication record (SPF, DKIM or DMARC). Enter your domain below and this free tool checks your public DNS records and explains what it finds in plain English.

What the checks mean

SPF lists the services allowed to send email for your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature to each message. DMARC tells receiving servers what to do when an email fails those checks. Google and Yahoo ask every sender to authenticate with SPF or DKIM, and require DMARC from bulk senders.
